**POSITION TITLE**
**Countries IT Senior Manager**
**Reporting to Head of IT Countries within our Product & Technology Direction, located in our headquarters in Paris (localization possible within another corporate countries)**
**Main objectives**
- ** Clear understanding of the corporate countries IT Landscape with up to date System Maps documented.**
- ** Manage the communication with the corporate countries on all Group Programs and IT projects from Product and Technologies to support the “One Group” Roadmap alignment.**
- ** Ensure the Roadmap follow-up and become escalation SPOC for corporate countries to escalate to Product and Technology Direction Business and IT Demand**
- ** Lead any key Strategic Program (like Standardisation and New Corporate countries Integration) by facilitating, coordinating and follow up reporting.**
**MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY**
- **
IT Corporate Countries**
- ** In collaboration with the Local IT Manager, maintain an updated Local System Map, both on Infrastructure and Business Solutions to facilitate alignment between Product and Technology Direction organization and Countries.**
- ** Cascade on Group Programs and Product and Technology Direction Rollout Projects Roadmap to be supported by the local IT Team on their Country Roadmap.**
- ** Support on the final Alignment and planning of Country Roadmap including New IT Service Delivery and IT Continuity Projects from CTO IT OPS between central planning, local capacity and priorities.**
- ** Review the Demand Management of IT and Business initiatives, SEV or projects, to escalate to the relevant Product and Technology Direction with PMO and facilitate alignment plans.**
- ** Support the Initiation and governance process of any local Initiative approved Project with the preparation of Requirement review, Project presentation and Business Case with the right stakeholders. Follow up on the SEV process from request to delivery.**

Leadership on Strategic Programs**
**Responsible for developing the « ONE Group » approach to Corp Countries, will lead on Strategic Programs like Standardization (replacement of Local Application by group solution, rollout of Product & Tech Programs or escalate to promote local apps at group level) or Integration of new Corporate Countries into Group IT Standards and Group business solutions.**
- ** Elaborate the overall Program Plans and identify the required projects to achieve the Program benefits.**
- ** Propose the Program organization involving the required stakeholders from Product and Technology Direction and Country IT and Business.**
- ** Plan and facilitate the Program Steerco and Follow up Meetings with Program Stakeholders.**
- ** Plan and facilitate project initiation process, governance, Project presentation, business case and follow up required by the Overall Program**
- ** Organise, coordinate and animate the project team, which can be composed of internal or external resources**
- ** Supervise the project progress and make sure the project deliverables are properly delivered**
- ** Broadcast the information to all the project stakeholders**
- ** Ensure an ongoing reporting of the project, specifically by maintaining the project follow-up tools**
- ** In case of alert, notify the management with sufficient information on the impacts to enable them to make a decision**

- ** Support the required IT / Security Audit and/or assessment.**
- ** Set up new governance of the Country IT to onboard the new perimeter into the Product & Tech Direction**
- ** Define and align the launch of Integration plan to Group Solutions and processes.**
