We are looking for a **Retrofit Engineering Expert** to come onboard in our **Engineering** **Directorate **in** **Tiphaine's team : a team of 9** **collaborators

Your Mission

Supervise and ensure development and realization of projects in the retrofit domain:

- Influence retrofit strategy choice during A/C modification development with the engineering centers of competence
- Approve Service Bulletins and ensure their conformity with customers' needs in terms of airworthiness, quality and cost.
- Support operators, partners/suppliers during retrofit documents embodiment on A/C.
- Pilot, develop and ensure consistencies of all processes, methods and tools required to produce retrofit documents to optimize the activity and face major evolutions.

?Spread your skills on retrofit by mean of information, training and experience sharing.

About you

Recognized expertise in avionics and electrical systems and/or in mechanical systems and structures.

Service bulletins production process knowledge

Use of type design data (ATR/AIRBUS/LEONARDO)

Aircraft change and configuration management knowledge

Documentation knowledge: operational and maintenance documentation. Knowledge of S1000D will be a plus.

Knowledge of in-service A/C context

Knowledge of aeronautics regulation (PART21, PART145).

Capacity to manage simultaneously multiple projects

Customer orientation to bring the in-service fleet needs.

Critical and analytical mind to be able to put chosen technical solutions into perspective.

Ability to work in transverse teams and capacity to adapt quickly

Fluent in English and French (Italian is a plus)

Nous recherchons un **Expert Retrofit Engineering** pour rejoindre notre Direction "Engineering" au sein de l'équipe de Tiphaine : une équipe de 9 collaborateurs

**Vos missions**:
Superviser et assurer de manière autonome le développement et la réalisation de projets sur le domaine du retrofit:

- Influencer le choix de la stratégie de rétrofit lors du développement des modifications avion.
- Solutionner les problématiques complexes et transverses liés au retrofit de manière innovante.
- Approuver les documents de retrofit et s'assurer qu'ils répondent bien aux besoins client en termes de navigabilité,
