We are looking for a **Aircraft Operability, Support & Services** **Retrofit Sales Support Engineer** to come onboard in our **Engineering** **Directorate **in** Martin**'s team: a team of 8** **collaborators
Your Mission:
The Aircraft Operability - Support & Services team is in charge of providing Engineering Support and Services to the ATR operators, either directly or through our Support directorate, in the Maintenance and Retrofit fields. It is also in charge of validating the Operability aspects in the developments of the ATR design office, while taking into account in-service feedback from our Operators to improve the maintainability & operability of our products. Finally, the team is in charge of producing and publishing the technical documentation (maintenance, retrofit and operational) for all the ATR customers.
Within the Aircraft Operability - Support & Services team, as a Sales Support Engineer, you will be in charge of handling the technical answers to retrofit requests in strong coordination with the Support & Services and Engineering directorates. You will also be co-responsible for the update of our in-service configuration databases for the whole ATR fleet, which are critical in the technical exchanges with our customers.
The Sales Support group studies, for all the technical domains of the aircraft (cabin, avionics, systems, structure,...), the customer's specific in-service retrofit requests. You will be in charge of proposing configuration-based retrofit solutions, either through existing Service Bulletins or by defining new solutions (simple or complex) in coordination with the Design Office Specialists and the Retrofit Engineering team [EOR] while maintaining the airworthiness of our products. You will coordinate the technical exchanges with our Support & Services directorate and with the customer, to ensure them a high level of service and match their needs as closely as possible. Your role will require a high level of autonomy and proactivity as you will be a key asset in the development and improvement of the Upgrades activities within ATR. You should expect direct interfaces with our customers, our Support direction and some of our partners and suppliers.

About you
You are holder of an Engineering degree or an equivalent University training and have a good experience (5-10 years) in the Aeronautical industry, and in the Engineering and Support fields
