Evoluant dans les hôpitaux, cliniques, cabinets privés vous participerez aux essais, à l'installation et à la formation, l'objectif principal étant de s'assurer que nos clients sont confiants et compétents dans l'utilisation des produits Mindray.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Agir en tant que point d'information pour les clients afin qu'ils tirent le maximum de valeur des produits Mindray
- Faire le lien avec les hôpitaux en collaboration avec le responsable de secteur pour organiser et gérer les démonstrations, les installations et les suivis après-vente.
- Être pour nos clients l'expert sur les produits et afin de les former à leur utilisation
- Offrir des conseils aux clients pour optimiser l’utilisation des produits en fonction du contexte clinique (unités de soins intensifs, bloc opératoire, services d'urgence, etc.)
- Travailler avec les clients pour définir des configurations cliniques permettant une utilisation sûre et adaptée à leurs besoins
- Identifier et communiquer en interne les opportunités de croissance de l'entreprise
- Travailler avec l’ingénieur commercial de la région pour générer des ventes d'appareils Mindray.
- Être capable de communiquer avec différents types d’interlocuteurs (ingénieurs biomédicaux, médecins, infirmiers etc..) en adaptant votre discours au public concerné.
- Travailler avec plusieurs parties prenantes afin de planifier et d'exécuter efficacement les projets dans les délais impartis et conformément aux attentes des clients.
- Maintenir à jour vos connaissances cliniques, techniques et commerciales.
- Contribuer à la conception et au développement de ressources produits telles que des guides d'utilisation, des présentations pour des formations etc
- Gérer et tenir à jour le listing des suivis de formations/démos
- Communiquer et tenir à jour des rapports pour la Clinical Application Manager et la Marketing manager afin de remonter les informations du terrains (Produits, concurrence )

- Etudes biomédicales et marketing/économie
- Vous démontrez une expérience de travail autonome et des compétences en matière d'organisation de projets
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
- Capacité à travailler en France sans avoir besoin d'un parrainage de l'entreprise
- Solides compétences en matière de communication et curiosité naturelle
- Compétences analytiques, de préférence dans le domaine clinique
- Compétences éprouvées en matière de présentation, avec un fort pouvoir d'influence et de persuasion pour communiquer des idées avec conviction.
- Grande capacité de mobilité pendant la semaine de travail.

Reporting to the Clinical Application Manager, Ultrasound and the North Territory Manager

Working in hospitals, you will be involved in testing, installation and training, with the main aim of ensuring that our customers are confident and competent in the use of Mindray products.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Act as an information point for customers to get the most value from Mindray products
- Liaising with hospitals to organise and manage clinical assessments, facilities and post-sales clinical support.
- For our customers, you will be the product expert and train them in the effective use of our products.
- Advising clients on workflow design according to the clinical context (intensive care units, operating theatres, emergency departments, etc.)
- Work with clients to define clinical configurations for safe and appropriate use
- Identify and communicate internally the company's growth opportunities
- Work with the regional account manager to generate profitable sales of Mindray devices.
