Comment vas-tu ? : ) Je me présente Shera et je suis à la recherche de ma nouvelle pépite Chargé de communication digitale/ Social Média Manager - pour notre agence We Hype.

We Hype, c'est une agence de communication & marketing digital. Nous sommes spécialisés dans le social media management et le marketing d’influence. Notre typologie de client est variée. Nous passons d’un contenu fun pour un trampoline park à un contenu plus élégant et raffiné pour un restaurant.

Je suis donc à la recherche de cette nouvelle pépite pour travailler sur le compte d'un client pour "hyper" son enseigne & la rendre INCONTOURNABLE sur les réseaux sociaux ;)

Prêt à débarquer dans cette nouvelle aventure pour marquer l'histoire avec We Hype ? Plein de choses nous attendent pour cette année 2023

**Tes missions principales (liste non-exhaustive of course)**:

- Définir & piloter une stratégie de communication digitale
- Produire des contenus (textes, photos, vidéos, visuels ) pour les différents supports avec nos différents prestataires
- Conception et rédaction d'un planning éditorial (réseaux sociaux : Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Snapchat)
- Gestion des réseaux sociaux de nos clients (stories, posts, modérations des messages) accompagné de notre CM
- Échange et suivi avec les clients
- Élaboration & gestion de campagnes de marketing d'influence ( idées créatives, reach & prospections d’influenceurs...)
- Bref ta mission pour commencer : rendre viral et incontournable les enseignes d'un client (à l'ADN plutôt Fun) : )

**Ton profil**:

- Tu as des idées, tu es créatif(ve) ?
- Tu sais ce qui plait aujourd'hui & comment créer de la viralité
- Les réseaux sociaux ne te font pas peur, tu connais toutes les ficelles ;)
- Tu ne fais pas de fautes & l’orthographe est your BFF
- Tu sais t’adapter, être organisé(e) & autonome
- I don’t care about le nombre d’expériences ou d‘années d’étude, ce qui m’intéresse ce sont tes compétences
- Tu veux créer de la Hyyyyype ;)

**Les + chez We Hype**:

- Tu choisis tes horaires (10h-19h ou 9h-18h ou encore si tu es matinal(e) 7h-16h, etc. )
- Tu peux télétravailler d’où tu veux (maison, étranger, starbucks etc) et autant que souhaité dans la semaine à condition of course que ton travail est effectué et que tu es à 100% joignable pendant tes heures de travail (que ce soit par le client ou moi)
- On a une salle basic fit juste en face (à 4min)
- On se fera des petits dej de folie ;)
- Travailler dans une ambiance trop sympa
- Si tu as d’autres demandes, je suis à 100% ouverte pour en discuter

On commence pour les trois premiers mois en Freelance (exemple : statut auto entrepreneur - 5 clics en ligne pour se mettre en place) puis on passe en contrat CDI, si tu préféres : )

Salaire : 1700€ à 2000€ net / mois ( pour commencer puis plus We Hype se developpe plus tu te developpes/augmentes avec nous ;) )

- Quelques lignes pour comprendre qu’est ce que tu recherches réellement (dans ton job, ta vie, ton quotidien, bref, dans ce que tu veux) & pourquoi est ce que tu serais la nouvelle pépite que l’on recherche

(Tu peux être totalement transparent, le but c'est vraiment de pouvoir te permettre de t'épanouir au quotidien, donc n'hésite pas à me dire au contraire ce que **tu ne veux surtout pas**)
