**Position Description**
Retail Competence Development within Marketing & Customer Satisfaction organization is responsible for producing and delivering Technical
- and Commercial training, Vehicle Handover training, Driver Training and Aftermarket Competitions. This is done in close cooperation with the sales areas, market companies and Renault Trucks headquarter. The scope covers mainly Europe, Africa and Middle East.
We see our team as a key enabler for Renault Trucks commercial success.
We are now posting the position as:
Sales training developer
Develop our sales force is one of the key strategic challenges for Renault Trucks.
We are now looking for 1 added team members to strengthen our Sales Competence Development activities. This is to develop and deliver commercial competence solutions for our retail network.
He/She will join a team operating cross functional and covers all Technical, Commercial areas connected to the retail business e.g. vehicle sales, services, leadership and aftermarket. The position holder reports to Sales portfolio manager.
**Main activities and responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and maintain commercial training for our sales force covering Products (diesel, electric, and all other energies), Services, Sales Tools, Sales Methods etc
- Deliver commercial training content to market trainers at Train the Trainer seminars or decided events.
- Develop; update and quality assure existing commercial training material.
- Plan, prepare and participate in reference and steering group meetings.
- Contribute in the development of new learning methods and tools.
- Interact with other departments within Renault Trucks and suppliers.
- Secure lead time, quality and budget of the projects within the sub portfolio.
- Communicate with all markets and, in cooperation with business owners, contribute to identify and prioritize competence development needs for the target group within the portfolio.
- Support markets rolling out the competence development solutions and provide competence assessment tools for the target groups.
- Train trainers and trainees on dedicated Sales & driving modules
**Profile**
The role requires that you have a global mindset and a high level of interest and knowledge, skills and experience in the commercial area. You enjoy working in defined processes to deliver excellent training material in an efficient way that are received very well by our markets. You are a team player with a deep commercial interest of our solutions combined with an understanding of our retail organization and customer needs.
- You have excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written and you must enjoy standing in front of an audience.
- A trucks sales representative or sales manager experience would be appreciated
- General automotive knowledge.
- You have a flexible mindset, are solution oriented and have a pragmatic approach.
- It is critical that you are fully proficient in the English language and have relevant education or working experience.
- You have an interest and the ability to lead and manage your own projects.
