Sustainability and Partnerships manager

As Sustainability and Partnerships Manager, you will play a key role in developing creative and effective communication to lead, engage and inspire internal and external targets. You will deal with CSRD, carbon impact, purchasing strategies, sustainable sourcing, decarbonisation of the value chain including scope 3, biodiversity strategy, eco-design of products, etc. The role also covers the construction of the company’ ESG process with a focus on the Social and Governance pillars.
This includes:

o Develop and implement the communication strategy to raise awareness for Renault Trucks sustainability
- Ensure the annual ECOVADIS assessment and coordinate the publication of the annual sustainability report
- Take an active part in the Volvo Group sustainability network and deal with a variety of issues
- Follow up the deployment of the partnership policy and animate the related activities
- Ensure proper budget management for your activities and monitor their results to adapt accordingly
- Lead commitment to Human Rights and contribute to the examination of risks related to some company’ activities
- Structure and animate the responsible sales process and governance

**Your future team**

You will be part of the Corporate Communication & Media Relations team, whose mission is to enhance and safeguard the company’s reputation. The 6 members of this great and diverse team are part of the Strategy, Sustainability and Communication team.

**Who are you?**

- Your higher education in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Communications and 3+ years of experience in CSR and 7+ in a corporate communications role.
- Your know-how to write in French and English, with a true spirit of synthesis and efficiency, to audiences of all levels.
- Good analytical skills and proactive mindset. Flexible and cool under pressure. Curiosity, listening skills, interpersonal and communication skills, a strong sense of initiative, responsiveness, and availability, as well as team spirit.
- Some legal knowledge with a focus on automotive and good negotiation skills would be a plus
