Descriptif du poste

**Vos missions**:
**1. Appropriation de la documentation technique**
- Analyse des spécifications techniques du client et des codes applicables.
- Revue de documents techniques nécessaires au lancement d appels d offres : spécifications, fiches techniques, réquisitions techniques.

**2. Sourcing et qualification des sous-traitants/fournisseurs**:

- Sourcing des prestataires pouvant répondre aux critères de sélection.
- Lancement des processus de préqualification sous la responsabilité du Responsable du département SCM.

**3. Préparation, lancement et suivi d appels d'offres**:

- Préparation et rédaction du dossier d appels d offres et envoi aux différents fournisseurs potentiels.
- Analyse des propositions et pilotage des clarifications techniques et commerciales.
- Pilotage des évaluations techniques et commerciales des différentes offres et préparation des supports à la prise de décision
- Passation des commandes.

**4. Suivi des commandes**:

- Pilotage des revues critiques avec les fournisseurs : kick-off meeting, pre-production meeting, close-out meeting et retour d expérience.
- Suivi de l'avancement des différents fournisseurs via reporting et meetings réguliers.
- Revue des documents fournisseurs ; coordination avec les différentes disciplines du Projet pour validation de documents Ingénierie, Qualité, HSE.
- Lancement de notifications et participation aux points d inspection ; appel d acteurs externes (Third Party Inspection) pour intervention quand nécessaire.
- Communication au Project Quality Manager et suivi de toute non-conformité fournisseur.
- Communication au Project HSE Manager et suivi de tout incident environnement, santé et sécurité chez des fournisseurs.
- Evaluation des fournisseurs à la clôture de la commande.
- Gestion de toute demande de modification de commande initié par ITP SA ou par les fournisseurs.

**5. Maintien du Project Procurement Report (PPR) pour tous les lots d achats attribués en phase avant et après passation de commande.**

**6. Assistance au Project Controls Lead pour mise à jour régulière des coûts et planning des lots d achat attribués.**

**Déplacements de courte durée en France et à l étranger sont à prévoir**

Profil recherché

**Compétences techniques**:

- Diplôme d ingénieur indispensable, spécialisation mécanique souhaitée
- Expérience de 7 ans minimum dans un rôle couvrant toute l'étendue de l'ingénierie achat (pré-commande et post-commande avec suivi sur site de fabrication) dans le secteur d'OIl & Gas
- Connaissance des standards techniques propres à l industrie (EPC en Oil & Gas) et aux achats, y compris en matière de Qualité, Santé, Sécurité et environnement.
- Connaissance des secteurs de la métallurgie et chaudronnerie.
- Pratique courante de l'anglais et du français.
