Afin d'accompagner notre croissance, nous recherchons plusieurs **Production Supervisor** / Responsable d'équipes (2 à 3 techniciens) pour nos clients dans les secteurs de l'immobilier, l'agroalimentaire et le conseil.

Vous êtes basés à **Tremblay-en-France** et rejoindrez une équipe de 30 personnes au sein de notre centre de logistique, production, stockage et réexpédition des stocks dans toutes la France (90%) et le reste en Europe.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Gestion de l’activité d'une équipe de quelques gestionnaires de parc
- Planification et contrôle de l’activité des collaborateurs en fonction des objectifs de qualité de service
- Contrôle et garant du respect des procédures et des engagements
- Formation et accompagnement de la montée en compétences des collaborateurs
- En charge de la relation client pour le suivi de la production journalière
- Garant de la capitalisation de la connaissance au sein de l’équipe en mettant en place les moyens adéquats
- Contrôle et analyse des résultats obtenus (reporting d’activités quotidien, analyse des indicateurs, point hebdomadaire avec vos homologues )
- Proposition d’amélioration pour le développement et l’optimisation des activités

**Votre profil**:

- Vous avez une première expérience dans l’informatique ou centre d’appels ou de logistique et vous avez déjà coordonné une petite équipe.
- Vous faites preuves d’organisation, d’autonomie, de pédagogie et vos qualités managériales seraient appréciées.
- Votre esprit de synthèse, votre capacité d’anticipation et de décision seront des critères déterminants pour réussir dans ce poste.
