Non loin de la côte varoise, l’île des Embiez est un écrin de nature privilégié.
Que ce soit pour des vacances en famille, un séjour entre amis, une escapade en tête à tête, en solo pour se ressourcer, ou encore pour un événement privé ou professionnel, l’île des Embiez fait la promesse à chacun de ses visiteurs de souvenirs impérissables.
Sur ses 95 hectares, ce paradis insulaire propose des expériences variées, toutes aussi incontournables les unes que les autres. Les voyageurs peuvent ainsi profiter d’un port de plaisance, d’un domaine viticole vieux de plusieurs siècles, de commerces, d’un Spa Cinq Mondes, d’animations en saison estivale, mais aussi d’une base nautique, d’un petit train touristique, de location de vélos et d’un club de plongée.
Côté restauration, l’île propose un terrain de jeu rêvé pour les épicuriens. Entre les salles de séminaires pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 550 personnes et les 8 points de restauration ayant chacun leurs propres identités (bistronomique, restaurant grill, vente à emporter, food truck...), la créativité et les propositions culinaires ne manquent pas.

**Le poste, son contexte**:
Dans le cadre de notre saison 2024, nous recherchons **notre futur(e) night auditor.**
**Votre mission**:
Sous la responsabilité- de notre responsable de réception vous assurez la permanence de l‘accueil et de la réception de l'hôtel pendant la nuit, veillez à la qualité des prestations offertes à nos clients et garantissez le calme et la sécurité de l'établissement.
A ce titre vos missions seront les suivantes:
- Accueillir et renseigner les clients sur leurs conditions de séjour
- Effectuer les tâches administratives (réservations, planification, traitement du courrier)
- Assurer la comptabilité de la réception : clôture journalière, gestion de la caisse, corrections du chiffre d’affaires, l’élaboration des rapports comptables et des statistiques et la préparation du daily report pour le département de la comptabilité.
- Assurer les checks in et check out
- Garantir le calme et la sécurité de l'hôtel pendant la nuit et prendre toutes les décisions importantes en cas d'urgence (procédure incendie...)
**Votre profil**:

- Vous possédez une expérience significative dans un rôle de night auditor, avec une expérience antérieure sur un poste similaire
- Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle
- Vous avez de bonnes connaissances des systèmes de gestion hôtelière, si possible du logiciel Protel
- Vous êtes proactif et vous avez une bonne capacité à résoudre rapidement des problèmes
- Vous êtes organisé et rigoureux
