About the job
**MISSIONS**
En tant que **Chef de produit La Salvetat**, vous reportez au Responsable Marketing Sparkling Water France et êtes en charge de:
- Construire & développer la stratégie de votre marque en autonomie (marque locale)
- Recommander & développer le pipe portfolio en identifiant les trends et opportunités de croissance, en analysant les insights consommateurs
- Construire votre plan d'activation, assurer son développement, et sa parfaite exécution, en forte collaboration & animation avec les équipes transversales et les agences créatives.
- En charge de la stratégie et activation media, digitale & sociale.
- Piloter votre business via les principaux indicateurs sell-in & sell-out afin d'effectuer les recommandations et plans d'action adéquats
- Suivre le budget de vos projets et activations
- Animer les prestataires de services : agences de publicité et de création, sociétés d'études, packaging
- Management d’un.e Assistant.e Chef de Produit
About you
**VOTRE PROFIL**
De profil BAC+5 type école de commerce, ingénieur ou université, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience de 3-5 minimum sur une fonction Marketing et êtes dotés de compétences marketing globales et solides, à la fois sur la dimension développement et opérationnelle idéalement acquise dans l’univers des produits de grande consommation.
Vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre réflexion stratégique & votre capacité à construire votre marque sur le long terme tout en en assurant les performances court terme.
Vous prenez facilement des initiatives, et avez la capacité de faire rayonner votre marque en interne comme en externe.
Vous êtes agile, autonome, proactif, ouvert d’esprit et aimez sortir de votre zone de confort pour découvrir de nouvelles façons de travailler.
Votre prise de recul et votre excellente capacité de communication sont des qualités interpersonnelles indispensables qui vous permettent de communiquer efficacement à tous les niveaux, en interne comme en externe.
Vous êtes un.e vrai team player, conscient du pouvoir du collectif et privilégiant des valeurs de bienveillance envers les membres de votre équipe et de votre écosystème cross-fonctionnel.
L'anglais est indispensable car vous serez amené à être en lien avec un top management anglophone.
Vous avez une première expérience en management, avez à cœur de faire grandir votre assistant.e chef de produit et de l’accompagner au quotidien.
