**Description du poste**:
En tant que Sales Development Representative (SDR) chez Fauvert Professionnel, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de notre activité en contribuant à l'acquisition de nouveaux clients et en participant à la croissance de notre portefeuille. Vous serez le premier point de contact avec les prospects et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale pour identifier et qualifier des opportunités.
**Vos missions**:
- Qualifier les leads et identifier les besoins des prospects
- Planifier des rendez-vous pour les équipes commerciales en charge des ventes directes
- Collaborer avec les équipes marketing pour affiner les campagnes de prospection
- Suivre et gérer les leads dans le CRM (Pipedrive, Hubspot ou autre)
- Fournir des rapports réguliers sur les résultats et les performances
**Profil recherché**:
- Expérience préalable en prospection commerciale ou en tant que SDR, de préférence dans le secteur des cosmétiques ou produits professionnels
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale
- Capacité à créer des relations de confiance et à maintenir des interactions positives avec les clients
- Dynamisme, proactivité et goût du challenge
- Connaissance des outils de CRM et des techniques de vente digitale
- Une sensibilité pour l’univers de la beauté et des produits capillaires professionnels serait un plus

- Contrat : CDI
- Lieu : Aix en Provence (13)
- Rémunération : Salaire fixe + variable selon performance
