**CHEF DE PRODUCTION & FULL STAFF NEEDED**

**Ouverture d’un nouveau concept de restauration rapide chinoise rue du faubourg**
**Poissonnière à l’automne**

Notre challenge : revisiter le traiteur chinois avec une offre moderne à emporter de plats
100% maison et sans additifs.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’une équipe complète : Chef de prod, cuisiniers, commis, vendeurs. Notre chef(fe) de production sera formé(e) en octobre par notre super chef exécutive pour une ouverture en novembre. Le reste de l’équipe sera unboardée courant novembre 2023.

**_On attend quoi de ce poste?_**:

- _ un capitaine de bateau capable de faire vivre les fiches recettes au quotidien
Une totale autonomie pour faire rimer volume et qualité
Gestion des commandes et des flux de productions
Encadrement total de la production et contrôle continu de la qualité
Formation et intégration des équipes en cuisine
Mise en place et contrôle des normes HACCP

Avec une bonne expérience en cuisine, notamment en cuisine chinoise
Qui maîtrise l’outil informatique au sens large
Idéalement avec un bon niveau en anglais
