LE RÔLE

Gérer les marins dans le respect de la sécurité, des performances et des coûts, tout en veillant au respect des réglementations nationales et internationales, des procédures de l'entreprise et de la convention collective.

RESPONSABILITÉS

**Dans le cadre de vos fonctions vous**:
Respectez l'IMS et toutes les réglementations internationales pertinentes

Assurez toutes vos fonctions conformément aux politiques de qualité, de santé, de sécurité, d'environnement et d'éthique

Proposez un plan d'amélioration continue des performances qui fera l'objet d'un rapport et d'un examen périodiques

Vous assurez que tous les marins embarquent avec tous les certificats et qualifications obligatoires

Vérifiez le statut médical de tous les marins et gérez les rapatriements des marins français

Complétez les données personnelles des marins dans un logiciel dédié : qualifications, certificats médicaux, compétences et formations, évaluations, etc...

Participez au processus de planification en étroite collaboration avec les Crew Managers de Singapour, établissez la planification à long terme pour les marins français

Briefing des marins avant le prochain contrat et débriefing à la fin du contrat

Informez le capitaine de la flotte française et le directeur des ressources humaines de la marine de tout problème grave susceptible d'affecter les contrats futurs et la stabilité de la flotte

Organisez le voyage de l'équipage, en veillant à ce que les agents désignés contactent le Club des voyageurs pour organiser tout hébergement nécessaire, si les marins ont besoin d'un hébergement local avant l'embarquement

Conseillez les agents portuaires et leur fournir toutes les informations et tous les documents nécessaires pour garantir la délivrance des permis d'embarquement appropriés

Gérez les questions relatives au bien-être des familles locales en tenant informé le responsable de la paie et des réclamations P&I.

PROFIL ET COMPÉTENCES

**Minimum requis**:
Diplômé d'une Licence à mínima

Maîtrise de l'anglais

**Bonne connaissance des éléments suivants**:
certification STCW

administration du pavillon

Maîtrise du Pack Office

**Expérience**:
3 ans d'expérience dans le secteur maritime

**Qualités personnelles**:
Bonne gestion du temps, capacité à établir des priorités et à respecter des délais serrés
