Depuis 2007, Insitoo Freelances a su s’imposer comme une référence en matière de freelancing par son expertise dans l’IT et ses valeurs de transparence et de proximité. Actuellement, afin de répondre aux besoins de nos clients, nous recherchons un Incident Manager (H/F) à Rouen, Normandie, France.
Les missions attendues par l’Incident Manager (H/F) sont:
Coordination et pilotage
- Animer et coordonner différentes équipes techniques dans la résolution des incidents de production
- Suivi des incidents dans l’outil de ticketing EasyVista
- Assurer une communication auprès du management du département infrastructure sur les incidents (statistique / écart par rapport au SLA)
- Assurer la rédaction des rapports pour l’ensemble des incidents de criticité « Haute » (en étant critique et force de proposition sur les axes d’améliorations)
- Coordonner les équipes techniques sur la résolution des problèmes, Définir / améliorer les processus.
- Compétences demandées:
- Coordination et suivi de la résolution des incidents
- Un background infrastructure serait un plus
- Bon communicant, rigueur, force de proposition
- Formation ITIL (**idéalement certification ITIL**)
Compétences techniques et fonctionnelles attendues:
- Ticketing - Souhaitable
- Incident management - Confirmé - Indispensable
