L’Account Manager reporte au SVP Strategy Customer Success, et son rôle implique:
- L’accompagnement des Sales Manager sur la partie avant-vente ;
- La gestion quotidienne des campagnes media, en lien avec les Advertising Designer et les Programmatic Trader ;
- La responsabilité du succès des campagnes media ;
- La veille concurrentielle et marché - nouveautés et produits
**Vos missions**:
- 1) Avant-vente :_
- Rédaction de présentations commerciales à destination du Sales Manager
- Rédaction de recommandations stratégiques et propositions commerciales à destination du Sales Manager
- Réflexion avec l’équipe marketing sur de nouvelles offres, produits selon les besoins des clients
- 2) Gestion de projet :_
- Mise en place de campagnes media, demande des éléments de mise en ligne au client
- Utiliser JIRA pour mettre à disposition des Advertisign Designer et des Programmatic Trader les éléments nécessaires à la mise en ligne de la campagne media ;
- Générer et envoyer les statistiques intermédiaires de la campagne media, avec des recommandations d’optimisations au client ;
- Déterminer avec les Programmatic Trader des optimisations en fonction du déroulé de la campagne media ;
- Proposer des optimisations au client ;
- Réaliser un bilan final de campagne avec des recommandations stratégiques au client ;
- 3) Post-vente :_
- Tenir à jour une vieille concurrentielle ;
- Réaliser avec le marketing des cases pour les campagnes les plus performantes et innovantes.
**Votre profil**:
- Vous êtes_
- De formation supérieure, de type école de commerce ;
- Reconnu(e) pour répondre efficacement aux besoins des clients ;
- Curieux(se) et intéressé(e) par la technologie de la publicité digitale ;
- Capable de faire face au changement ;
- Très à l’aise avec la gestion de projet et le travail en équipe ;
- Vous avez_
- Une expérience de 2/3 ans minimum dans l’Account management en publicité digitale / mobile ;
- D’excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation et en expression écrite
- Un esprit analytique.
