**HR Operations Specialist France**

**CDD 8 months - January - August**

The HR team of
**Western Europe** spreads across 3 countries,
**France, Spain **and
** Portugal** and has over 20 people. In this role you will be based in our beautiful headquaters in
**Esplanade de la Defense** and report to the
**HR Manager France** while providing support to the payroll and administration team.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO**
- You will be responsible for timely, accurately, and compliantly processing **payroll** for all full-time and part-time employees while developing in depth understanding of payroll software and HRIS and making recommendations for payroll related policies.
- You will provide a first-class **administrative service** to our 600+ colleagues throughout the **retail** network, includin preparing all new starter employment contracts, support the HR Manager in all legal inquiries concerning employees, etc.
- You will support and develop **HR projects** on a local level.

**MORE ABOUT YOU**
- You have previous experience in HR role with a scope touching **payroll / admin / legal **(either/or).
- You speak both **French** and **English**.
