Nous sommes à la recherche d'un/e **Launch Coordinator **motivé/e et passionné/e pour rejoindre l'équipe Customer Success - Hospitality. Tu reportes à notre responsable Launch Services Hospitality, tu es chargé d'assurer la réussite de l'intégration des nouveaux clients de Lightspeed Hospitality. Tu gères toutes les démarches d'intégration après-vente et tu assures la satisfaction des nouveaux clients (Hotels, restaurants, bars, cafés ).

**Tes responsabilités**:

- Veiller à ce que le maximum de nos nouveaux clients utilisent notre logiciel en un minimum de temps (principal indicateur de performance) ;
- S'assurer que les clients reçoivent les outils et les sessions de formation dont ils ont besoin pour être opérationnels ;
- Travailler en collaboration avec nos équipes Sales et CS, qui sont très dynamiques ;
- Suivre les avancées et les activités des clients dans des outils logiciels tels que Salesforce et ChurnZero ;
- Obtenir une bonne compréhension de notre logiciel Hospitality ;
- Planifier et programmer de nouveaux webinaires pour nos Implementation Specialists et s'assurer que les clients participent à nos sessions ;
- Assurer le suivi après le webinaire afin d'offrir à nos clients un service optimal.

**Ton profil**:

- 0 à 2 ans d'expérience au contact de clients B2B, de préférence dans un environnement de vente de solutions SaaS/Tech ;
- Bonne ou très bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
- Capacité à s'épanouir dans un environnement compétitif et à exécuter des tâches dans des délais courts ;
- Orienté(e) résultats et métriques, et ingénieux(se) ;
- Avoir le sens de l'humain et la passion pour la technologie ;
- De solides compétences organisationnelles et multitâches.

Si tu as une expérience dans l'hôtellerie restauration, que tu as travaillé dans un environnement Saas ou que tu connais déjà bien Salesforce, c'est un bonus pour ton intégration mais pas indispensable pour postuler - on est là pour te former
