**Ton rôle**

En tant que Head of Marketing et Communication, tu prendras les rênes de notre branding, de notre communication et de notre présence digitale et physique. Tu seras à la tête de l’ équipe Marketing et en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe Sales et la direction pour bien comprendre les besoins et avancer ensemble

**Tes missions**
- Gestion du content marketing

Créer du contenu à forte valeur ajoutée pour nos prospects et clients sous divers formats existants ou à développer (articles de blog, newsletters, vidéos, etc) dans le but d'accroître l’Inbound marketing et de faciliter le process commercial.
- Management et Analyse de performance

Animer l’équipe Marketing pour atteindre les OKRs fixés, l’accompagner dans la priorisation des missions et superviser les projets. Établir et suivre les indicateurs clés de performance pour mesurer l’efficacité des projets, ajuster les stratégies en fonction des résultats et objectifs de croissance.
- Growth/Génération de leads

Superviser la génération de prospects grâce à la lead generation et autres stratégies de growth hacking, en soutien avec un alternant.
- Communication externe

Développer notre visibilité en France et à l’international via les réseaux sociaux, les événements, les partenariats ou tout autre canal pertinent.
- Branding/Cohérence graphique

Être garant de l’image de marque de Osol, en interne et en externe. S’assurer de la cohérence graphique de la marque dans tous les supports créés.

**La personne rêvée ?**

Tu l’auras compris, le scope de notre prochain(e) Head of Marketing & Communication est assez large. L’équipe actuelle est composée de 3 alternants dont 2 déjà en poste depuis près d’un an (growth, content écrit et vidéo) c’est pourquoi on cherche une personne avec une fibre entrepreneuriale qui aime faire mais aussi transmettre son savoir faire.

Si tout ça te parle ; que tu as d’excellentes compétences en communication, que tu sais analyser des résultats et prendre des décisions stratégiques, que tu parles couramment les langages de inbound/outbound marketing/category design/content marketing et que _(cerise sur le gâteau) _tu connais un peu le marché du Future of work... Tu es la pépite que l’on cherche
