**Alternant(e) Project Manager/Analyst H/F**
Durée: 12 mois minimum / Disponibilité**:Septembre 2023**

**MISSIONS PRINCIPALES**:
En lien avec le chief Operating Officer, vous participez à Des missions pour la direction du département:
**1/ La mise en place des outils dans le cadre de l’organisation du département**:
- Réalisation ou optimisation des tableaux de bord (procès, comité, budget,) du suivi de l’activité du département,
- Étudier les possibilités d’automatisation de certaines opérations, process.
- Aide à la mise en place un Dashboard trimestriel simple et ergonomique du département avec KPIS essentiels, partage best practices entre pays
**2/ Accompagnement dans le budgétaire du département**
- Aide à la supervision des Reportings des budgets/ pôle,
- Refonte ou optimisation du suivi des reportings budgétaire,
**3 /Gestion de projets sur tous les sujets liés à l’organisation et la transformation du département et la maitrise des risques**
- Appui au suivi du Dispositif de Maîtrise des Risques
- Identification des opportunités d’amélioration avec l’aide des managers,
- Accompagner la conduite de projets par la définition et la mise en place d'une stratégie adaptée en s'appuyant sur des outils, roadmap, techniques et méthodes reconnues,
- Réalisation des études de faisabilité et d’impact des différents projets,
- Mettre en place des indicateurs de pilotage, mesure l'efficacité des actions
**ENVIRONNEMENT DE TRAVAIL**:
Intégré(e) dans une équipe à taille humaine composée de 100 collaborateurs, vous intervenez sur un périmètre dont vous avez la charge.

Cette alternance vous permettra d’appréhender de nouveaux modes de travail dans un contexte international.
**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**:
**De formation supérieure Bac+5 minimum (type **Ecole de Commerce, d’ingénieurs ou équivalents universitaires), **vous disposez d'une première expérience **en management de projet, en audit.
**Vous **maîtrisez le Pack Office notamment Excel. Votre niveau d’anglais est courant ou bilingue (langue de travail / oral et écrit). Vous disposez aussi d’une appétence pour le digital.
