**Your role & mission**
As being an Assistant to the Engineering planner, you will assist the engineer responsible for the planning of study activities on mobility projects. You will actively take part in the structuration of the activity created, setting up processes and creating or updating the necessary documentation for the activity.
**Your scope & daily tasks**
- Creation and update of all documentation needed for the activity;
- Maintenance of project documentation tracking files;
- Maintenance of planning;
- Recording of workloads with the teams;
- Server migration;
- Reporting (KPI, progress, reforecast);
- Performance analysis (NVA, forecast/actual deviation, etc.).
**Your profile**
- General engineering school (e.g., Grenoble Inp) in 4th or 5th year
- Planning, reporting, project management skills
- Methods & processes
- General Knowledge in electricity, mechanics, process, and automation
- Good writing skills and ability to synthesize
- Good level of English
- Taste for teamwork
- Interest in hydrogen energy
- Rigor and organizational skills
- Curiosity
- Ability to work in a multi-functional and multi-cultural environment
**What we offer**
Working conditions:
- full time trainee position, between 4-6 months long
- Start possibility: 1st trimester 2023
- Remuneration: monthly gratification of 900€ gross + lunch vouchers + 50% reimbursement of public transport
