Responsabilities:
Projects in development phase
- Provide estimations of the Could/should cost of individual parts and assembly
- Animate the D²C workshops (Multimétiers) so that to achieve validated actions
- Support Sourcing team during the negotiation with the suppliers
- Ensure Cost to date is properly and timely performed/reported
- Support Project Team for their Project ReviewsContribute to the improvement of the cost engineering métier
- Ensure Presentation/Reporting of the progress of activities & KPI to the Project Team and to the site management
Metier development
- Be a referent for the Site D²C process
- Contribute to the elaboration of the Improvement plan of the Site D²C métier thorugh the 3YP Roadmap
- Execute the improvement plan for the current fiscal year according to the 3YP RoadMap
- Communicate achievements (Projects, improvement plan, métiers) on a regular basis (News-Letter)
- Perform Training on D²C principles to New comers on sites
- Be involved in the D²C network (provide REX, best practices, etc.)
Profil:
Overall knowledge of railway industry (norms, certifications,)
Industrial Process knowledge (segmentation of the industrial processes, pros and cons per processes, method time awareness)
Knowledge of V-Cycle principle in development phase
Knowledge of engineering tools (DMA-CATIA/other similar) & costing tools (SAP/ APRIORI/Other Local Tools)
Pack Office Knowledge
Fluent in English related to technical work/exchanges
Skilled in team animation
Good Entrepreneurship + Very good agility and collaboration
