VME PLB SAS is Japanese Publishing company. We sell Japanese manga rights and their digital contents to several publishing houses in Europe and Latin America. We also accompany our Manga artists on their events and promotion in Europe and Latin America.

**PRINCIPAL MISSION**
- Contribute to the innovation of business process to ensure that the daily licensing business operations cycle run more smoothly
- Carry out the necessary tasks in the daily licensing operations both in Japanese and English

**DUTIES**
- Enter Japanese manga product data and keep it updated
- Prepare and submit offer sheets
- Draft licensing contracts both in Japanese and English
- Enter licensing deal data and organize it both in Japanese and English
- Track progress of licensing deals both in Japanese and English
- Assist with coordination and approval of licensees’ marketing initiatives
- Monitor and control licensees’ project deliverables
- Prepare necessary data and information both in Japanese and English for reporting of market actuality to rights holders
- Assist with reception and shipping of Japanese manga samples and complimentary copies of translated editions

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in MS Office, IT literacy and open-mindedness to new technologies
- Rigorous, attentive and well organized
- Interpersonal skills, especially in verbal and written communication
- Business level of Japanese, especially in reading and writing
- Business level in English and French
- Office work experience is preferred
- 2 year University degree
