Join us as Turnkey Validation, Test and Acceptance Manager and you will be looking at a career-defining. The role is based in Saint Ouen (France)
**Purpose of the job**:
The Validation, Test and Acceptance (VTA) Manager is responsible for the demonstration that the transport system to be delivered to the customer meets the requirements and the performances for the turnkey project or tender he / she is assigned.

**Main responsaibilities**:
- Prepare Tender deliveries for VTA activities
- Provide support on pre-tendering and tendering activities, as well as on project execution
- Develop and support project VTA / T&C teams based in the regions
- Maintain and improve methods and tools used in the VTA / T&C process and monitor their implementation
- Act as VTA / T&C Manager during some project start phase (onshore / offshore) when necessary
- Ensure that Alstom VTA / T&C review process is known and applied on projects
- Ensure that the EHS standards applicable to Test and Commissninning are known and applied on the projects
**Qualification & competencies - Expected Level**
**Educational requirements**
Relevant Degree, Engineering discipline desirable (Master's Degree in Engineering)
**Desired knowledge / Experience**
- Broad knowlegde of the subsyste,s / products in Turnkey projects
- Extensive knowledge of the rail environment and engineering practices is required
- At least 3 years of experience of the field of VTA and T&C (with emphasis on railway system) ideally with one experince as VTA ,anager or T&C manager on a project till in service.
- Understanding of Operations procedure
- Good IT skills and have appreciation of an engineering / design / production environment and associated documentation is essential.
- Open dialogue, create enthusisasm, promote both collaboration and pro-active listening
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), Frenach and/or other language is a plus
