PIETERCIL GROUP est un distributeur belge opérant en BeNeFraLux.
Le groupe distribue plus de 90 marques de biens de grande de consommation sur plusieurs catégories alimentaires et non alimentaires : Tropicana, Yoplait, Canderel, Lavazza, Weetabix, Yogi Tea, Energizer, Ace, Herbamare
Répondant à la demande des industriels avec lesquels nous travaillons, nous assurons la distribution, la logistique, le trade marketing, les négociations et la relation clients des marques qui nous sont confiées.
Dans chaque pays, nous essayons d'occuper une place dominante sur le marché en tant que « local hero ». Notre groupe réalise un chiffre d'affaires de 300 millions d'euros et compte 220 collaborateurs.
Pietercil Interco recrute un(e)** BRAND MANAGER** en CDI à temps plein **pour la filiale France**.
**Votre mission**:
- Vous rapporterez au Principal Manager Senior et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le country Manager et les Compte-Clé nationaux.
- Vous êtes responsable du développement, du suivi, de l’approche commerciale, du trade-marketing et des budgets des marques ;
- Vous prêtez une attention particulière aux relations avec les industriels afin de réaliser les objectifs fixés en matière de croissance et de rentabilité ;
- Vous serez en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble des services généraux basés au Siège en Belgique (service clients, logistiques, finance, et Principal Managers Benefralux)
- Concrètement, vous serez responsable de la mise en place locale et opérationnelle de la stratégie marketing des industriels qui nous confient la commercialisation de leur marque en France:
- Analyse du marché (données internes Pietercil, externes enseignes, Circana...)
- Veille concurrentielle (promo + produits...)
- Analyse des ventes avec les comptes clés,
- Reporting vers l’industriel
- Définition du planning promotionnel (proposition, mise en place, suivi financier, matériel promo)
- Collaboration sur tous les projets de développement des ventes
- Réalisation des argumentaires de ventes
- Gestion du business plan des marques, budgets (P&L) élaborés en collaboration avec l’industriel et l’interne.
- Forecasting des achats
- Présentation des marques (objectifs, nouveautés, performances) aux clients avec le compte-clé
**Votre profil**:
- Titulaire d’un bac+2 minimum en commerce ou marketing (type BTS ou IUT), vous avez une expérience probante dans un poste similaire au sein de la grande distribution ou dans un groupe FMCG
- Vous maîtrisez l’anglais (écrit/oral)
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec l’outil informatique (excel-power point), internet et les systèmes.
- Vous aimez l’analyse des chiffres (préparation budget, analyse des ventes, prévisionnel achats )
- L’univers de la grande distribution vous intéresse particulièrement.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre implication, votre disponibilité, votre rigueur et votre dynamisme, des qualités essentielles pour réussir à ce poste.
- Vous aimez le travail en équipe et vous avez une bonne aisance relationnelle ; vous étes également autonome et pragmatique
- RÉSIDENCE : Bassin chambérien et environs
**Notre offre**:
Vous serez basé(e) au Bourget-du-Lac sur le pôle Savoie Technolac.
Vous intègrerez une équipe de 7 personnes, opérant pour 8 marques en épicerie sucrée, salée et entretien du linge (nouvelles marques en cours d’acquisition).
Il s’agit d’un poste très polyvalent dans une structure autonome évoluant dans le marché de la distribution de biens de grande consommation
