**European Portfolio Manager Cat Main Meal**:

Primary location: Warsaw
- Through both category insight and analysis, the European Portfolio Manager recommends where to play and develops the Cat Main Meal portfolio strategy to maximize NSV and profitability, and drive market share. This role also defines and codifies the conditions to win and assist the markets in deploying the portfolio locally._
**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
- Focus on growing the main meal Cat category leveraging our brand portfolio (cross branding function).
- Owns competitive intelligence for the main meal Cat category
- Propose key opportunity areas to focus on and propose the portfolio strategy to drive growth (e.g., identifies the key growth areas in the company's long-term strategy).
- Identifies the right levers to grow (e.g., distribution, strategic price point etc.) to maximize NSV growth and our premiumization agenda.
- Codifies the conditions to win within the main meal in Cat category.
- Work with the EBD teams to secure that the brand plans will serve the category growth.
- Delivers the tools that the markets can use to make their own portfolio choices relevant to their markets (in the EU frame).
- Peer assist workshops with the markets to help them defining the deployment (ranges, strategic price partition to cover, trial strategy etc.).
- Close collaboration various teams and stockholders on a different level seniority (e.g., Finance, CMI) to define the European portfolio strategy and to grow the total PetCare category.
- Facilitates the Portfolio Strategy Team and Portfolio Deployment Meetings.
- Peer-assist the markets to support an effective deployment of the portfolio strategy.
**What are we looking for?**:
- 5-6 years of diverse experience in Category Management, Customer Marketing, Brand Management, Business Consulting or Finance (ideally a combination of several functions).
- Fluent English.
- Hands-on experience in a similar role within cross branding function.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to navigate through complexity & ambiguity.
- Excellent business acumen and decision quality skills.
- Strong Leadership skills and track record in creating collaborative relationships.
- Successful experience in local markets and working across cultures.
