We are currently seeking a Part Time Permanent staff member to join our team based at our Leisure Centres in Keilor Downs and Sunshine.
**The role**
Reporting to the Customer Service and Sales Unit Manager, we are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor who can bring their skills and experience for:
- Delivering industry best customer service systems, procedures and practices that are aligned to Council policies and practices.
- Leading the customer service team in achieving community first outcomes across Brimbank Leisure Centre.
- Maximising efficiencies across customer service processes and procedures.
- Building on a team culture focussed on creating memorable customer experiences and focussed on membership retention.
**To be considered you will have**:
- Local government and/or Leisure Services experience is desirable
- Experience managing teams in customer facing roles
- Development of systems, processes and efficiencies to maximise our interactions with customers.
