Aujourd'hui, nous sommes en plein cœur d'un projet passionnant de fusion-acquisition pour acquérir un vaste portefeuille de médicaments en vente libre. Cette démarche stratégique nous permettra d'étendre notre empreinte sur les principaux marchés européens tels que la France, les Pays-Bas, l'Italie, la Belgique, l'Espagne et le Portugal. - **JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The Global Marketing Manager will be part of the Global Marketing team, supporting the Global Marketing Director in leading global strategy, innovation, and toolkits, including communication assets. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a brand with strong consumer relevance, supported by breakthrough product launches and significant growth potential.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Global Brand Strategy**:

- Develop a 3-year strategy and plans based on key insights from country learnings.

**New Product Launch Development and Management**
- Lead the ideation process.
- Conduct concept testing.
- Oversee product development in collaboration with the Innovation Project Manager.

**Development of Activation Toolkits and ATL/BTL Guidelines**:

- Create a media brand playbook.
- Develop communication campaigns and e-commerce assets.
- Manage packaging development and updates driven by regulatory changes.

**Country Performance Tracking and Recommendations**:

- Establish clear KPIs for success.
- Perform thorough performance tracking and analysis at the category level (e.g., market share, financials, consumer response).
- Conduct post-launch analysis, gather learnings, and provide recommendations.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:

- Min. 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, leading OTC brands.
- Proven B2C experience with a strong consumer focus.
- Master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Experience in the Western European market with both global and local expertise.
- Demonstrated proficiency in methodology, innovation, brand architecture expansion, and global strategy development.
- Business development experience, including collaboration with external partners.
- Strong marketing and brand-building expertise.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French is a plus.
