Description du poste

Au sein de la division Loyalty & E-commerce au siège, l’équipe Partenariats a la responsabilité de développer et d’animer un portefeuille de partenariats stratégiques à destination des membres du programme de fidélité ALL - Accor Live Limitless.

Les mécaniques de nos partenariats permettent de recruter de nouveaux membres sur la base des partenaires et d’augmenter l’engagement de nos propres membres, tout en générant du revenu pour le programme ALL.

Dans un environnement international, nous recherchons un Assistant Partnerships Manager pour la division Airlines afin d’accompagner le Partnerships Manager dans la gestion et l’animation du portefeuille existant.

Cela implique une relation quotidienne avec nos partenaires et nos équipes internes, au siège et en région, afin de gérer la vie quotidienne des partenariats.

Votre rôle:

- Mises à jour régulières des parcours clients sur les sites web des partenaires et le site ALL
- Assistance à la création d’offres marketing en interaction avec les équipes régionales et l’équipe Branding et Communication : définition des plans marketing annuels, création du contenu des offres et déploiement, support aux régions, suivi du budget, analyse de la performance et recommandations
- Gestion des incidents techniques et demandes d’évolution
- Interactions avec les équipes Customer Care pour la gestion des plaintes membres et les équipes Compliance pour la gestion des fraudes
- Suivi de la mise à jour des contrats et avenants
- Suivi de la facturation (création des bons de commande, vérification des montants, investigation et gestion en cas d’écarts)

**Qualifications**:
Votre expérience et vos compétences incluent:

- Bac + 4/5, dernière année d’école de commerce en Master 2
- Excellente maîtrise de la langue française, anglais courant à l’oral et à l’écrit, une troisième langue est un plus
- Expérience en stage préalable d'au moins 6 mois sur des fonctions marketing ou commerciales
- Parfaite maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel et Powerpoint)
- Dynamisme, force de proposition, proactivité et autonomie
- Profil polyvalent compte tenu de la diversité des sujets
- Orientation business
- Très bonne communication
- Analytique et esprit de synthèse
