**About the Role**:
This critical role within the Commercial Team is required to develop a strong relationship with this Key Global Partner, to continue to grow the business and protect brand image within this online environment and seek further business development opportunities for the brand.

**COMMERCIAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT**:

- Negotiate annual trade conditions with partner(s) to deliver on financial and strategic KPI’s.
- Set annual budget, track weekly sales and put necessary plans in place to reach the set budget.
- Understand, monitor, and manage the P&L of your account(s) with the financial controller
- Provide excellent account management skills. Be the best beauty partner for our 3rd Party Pure Player accounts (3PP)
- Build an e-retail charter and negotiate annual trade agreements to include service level agreements, the sharing of consumer data, and sell-out data
- Implement the Global 3PP strategy, ensuring we meet our planned growth objectives. Ensure your account(s) has/have a clear strategy and point of difference to ensure we are set up for success
- Negotiate and align joint business plans with e-retailers & retailers to create strong relationships with regular review meetings of joint KPIs
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for your account(s). Track and report against KPI’s and set budgets and flag weekly risks and opportunities to line manager. Develop and share qualitative content with online partners and propose value-added services to reach a sufficient display of services including videos and consumer reviews
- Optimise and update the assortment and information on the listed catalogue (NLFs, compliance forms, etc) to give the brand the best advantage. Feedback to product development teams on e-retail needs
- Coordinate with supply and logistics on specific client needs. Ensure accurate order checks, processing, and delivery and be the key point of contact for the e-retailer

**TRADE MARKETING**:

- Present annual strategy meetings and new product launches to your account(s)
- Drive traffic to your account(s) website, improve on-site conversion and drive market share gains
- Stand out in the market by developing excellent forward-thinking relationships. Ensure the brand has strong visibility, enhanced content and is at the forefront of consumers’ minds online. Work closely with the Marketing teams to plan for key launches to ensure launches are online on time and to brand standards
- Develop and share qualitative content with and propose value-added services to reach a sufficient display of services including videos and consumer reviews.
- Identify and track quantitative digital KPI’s through retailer’s database to enable performance tracking, make data driven decisions and trial test-and learn initiatives.
- Negotiate best in class search results on our products.
- Develop and implement launch campaigns incl. Banner visibility, CRM, social, influencer marketing, performance marketing, sampling, GWP, etc
- Ensure product pages and creative are in line with the brand charter and global e-retail guidelines

**TEAM PLAYER**:

- Contribute to a team of experts in Global Pure Players, nurturing close relationships with both our partners and in-house teams
- Work closely with PR to ensure that your account(s) benefit from strong online content from the press and influencers
- Bring ideas and set up new processes within the E-Retail team to improve efficiencies
- Coach and transfer expertise to internal teams to ensure e-retail forms part of their retail and marketing plans
- Have an explorative mindset to trial test-and learn initiatives to assist the digital team to stay at the foreground of digital trends

**KEY SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Must have experience working with Beauty Industry
