Your tasks

The Industrialisation Engineer participates in the development of new product/process projects and implements new means (robotic/automated cells, vision system, packaging system,...) used for production (It is required to improve certain means of production).

The Industrialisation engineer provides a new system to ensure that the quantitative, qualitative, cost and deadline objectives are met.

Here are some of the tasks:

- Unite the production, quality and maintenance team around his projects.
- Deploy an unit check each time new means or modifications are started (for a defined quantity is carried out by the quality department in order to validate them before first shipment to the customer).
- Being proactive and suggest new ideas on future projects.
- Ensure compliance with the group's norms and standards.
- Participate in FMEA for his projects.
- Make production-related decisions, such as stopping a process, a machine, an external company site in the event that an unacceptable situation is happening (health, safety, risk to the environment and energy consumption).

**Profile**:

- Master degree on Mechanical Engineering (industrialisation)
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Hands-on experience in a production plant (highly appreciated)
- Soft-skills : Proactive, diplomatic, driven, problem-solver
