CMA Ships, c'est aussi une équipe d'experts chargés de mettre en œuvre des solutions innovantes et de rendre les navires de CMA CGM plus économes en énergie.

**LE RÔLE**:
En liaison avec le responsable de la logistique, les tâches principales sont, sans s'y limiter, les suivantes:

- Suivi et enregistrement dans la base de données des commandes et des expéditions pour le projet désigné, depuis l'émission de la commande jusqu'à la livraison.
- Vérification des documents conformément à nos exigences internes (facture, liste de colisage, autres documents requis) et aux réglementations internationales et locales.
- Délivrer les documents d'expédition sur demande
- Demande de devis et recherche de la meilleure façon de livrer les commandes (qualité, coût, délai)
- Choisir le bon mode de transport pour atteindre l'objectif de livraison
- Coordonner et fournir des instructions d'expédition aux transitaires, aux expéditeurs et aux agents.
- Envoi d'une pré-alerte aux parties prenantes (chef de projet, agent, navire)
- Émettre les bons de commande et assurer le suivi des coûts

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Assurer un niveau de service élevé, la satisfaction des clients, le respect des indicateurs de performance clés (KPI)
- Réduire/améliorer les délais, l'anticipation des commandes (aider le fournisseur à anticiper la date de livraison)
- Assurer le suivi des commandes pour une livraison dans les délais et dans leur intégralité
- Maîtriser les coûts
- Émission d'indicateurs de performance clés (KPI)
- Mettre en place des solutions innovantes pour nos livraisons

**PROFIL ET COMPETENCES**:
**Connaissances obligatoires**:

- Connaissance de la logistique pour le transport aérien, maritime et terrestre (expéditeur, destinataire, horaires en ligne pour nos navires, ETD/ETA, incoterms, émission de documents et données importantes à mentionner)
- Incoterms (dernière version)
- Excel : tableau croisé dynamique, format conditionnel, formules (V/Xlookup, if, max, min, sumif, count...)
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, autres langues appréciées (polonais, chinois, allemand).

**Connaissances appréciées**:

- Réglementation douanière
- Réglementation des marchandises dangereuses

**Expérience/niveau**:
Débutant accepté avec un diplôme en transport/chaîne d'approvisionnement et une première expérience réussie lors d'un stage ou 2 à 5 ans d'expérience.
