L’Recrute, agence de recrutement généraliste, recrute pour son client, cabinet d’avocats de renommée nationale, **leur futur(e) Credit Manager **

**L’ENTREPRISE**

Vous rejoignez un cabinet d’avocats regroupant plus de 100 collaborateurs, spécialisé dans le droit des affaires. Ce cabinet dispose d’une présence et d’une renommée nationale. Crée il y a 30 ans, le cabinet a pour volonté d’accompagner ses clients (PME ou grandes entreprises) sur l’ensemble des sujets juridiques et judiciaires en se positionnant en partenaire de confiance.

**A PROPOS DU POSTE**

Directement rattaché(e) à la direction financière, vous pilotez en totalement autonomie la partie recouvrement. Pour ce faire, vous êtes notamment en charge de:

- Effectuer les relances de manière graduée et en respectant le process en place
- Saisir les encaissements journaliers
- Editer et suivre la balance AG
- Être garant(e) de la solvabilité client
- Contrôler les encours
- Suivre le scoring du risque client et les alertes au quotidien avec l’appui d’un organisme externe
- Générer les déclarations de créances et suivre les plans de redressement
- Constituer l’état des clients « douteux » et déterminer les provisions
- Analyser les données chiffrées et assurer le reporting mensuel auprès de la direction financière

**A PROPOS DU VOUS**

Titulaire d’un Bac+3 à Bac+5 en Comptabilité, vous justifiez d’une expérience sur un poste similaire de 3 à 5 ans.

Votre persévérance et votre pugnacité vous garantissent de pouvoir mener à bien vos missions. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre aisance relationnelle et votre diplomatie qui vous permettent de vous adapter à vos différents interlocuteurs.

Doté(e) d’un esprit synthétique et analytique, vous êtes en mesure d’anticiper et d’être force de proposition.

Autonome, vous savez évaluer le risque, l’importance et l’urgence de chaque situation.

**LES CONDITIONS**
- Poste basé à Paris (75)
- Accessible par les stations Monceau (ligne 2), Villiers (ligne 3) et Miromesnil (ligne 13)
- Rémunération : 38-45K€ (selon profil et expérience) + 13ème mois
- Horaires : 37h hebdomadaire (9h-17h30 du lundi au jeudi, 9h-17h le vendredi) + 1 RTT par mois
