Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Lead Credit to join our Partnerships team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing our credit business in Europe, working closely with internal teams and partners to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Success of Credit Business: Participate in pre-sales and sales phases to present solutions, understand partner needs, and identify suitable solutions.
- Supporting Partners: Onboard new partners in France and Europe on our industrial solution, identify and specify developments to improve solutions, and support partners during the RUN phase to ensure satisfaction and optimize internal processes.
- Project Management: Manage dedicated projects for strategic partners, act as the main point of contact for external and internal teams on credit issues, and contribute to the overall development of the Partnerships business.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Project Manager - Lead Credit, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in credit business development, partnership management, and project management.
Requirements- Master's degree in business or engineering (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of professional experience in consulting, financial services, or start-ups with links to financial institutions
- Good analytical skills
- Fluent English language skills
- Demonstrated initiative and dynamism
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Interest in technology and digital innovation
Your future manager has a strong background in strategy consulting and has worked in different countries and sectors, particularly in the payment industry. He joined Younited Credit in 2020 as a Project Manager and is now in charge of the Projects & Operations team within Partnerships.
