- VOTRE RÔLE- En tant que Responsable Raccordement vous jouerez un rôle essentiel au sein du département d’Ingénierie et Construction d’Iberdrola France. Vous travaillerez sur des centrales photovoltaïques de grande taille (> 10MW) et sur des parcs éoliens terrestres à différents stades de développement. Des projets de stockage d’énergie par batteries peuvent également être étudiés.- Vous serez entièrement responsable du raccordement des projets au réseau public de distribution ou de transport d’électricité et des échanges avec ENEDIS, RTE et les différentes ELD. Vous aurez également la charge de l’ingénierie des PDL, du système SCADA, des sous-stations HTA/HTB et des réseaux électriques internes HTA.- Au sein de l’équipe Ingénierie & Construction France, vous travaillerez également en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internationales expertes sur ces sujets.- Le poste peut nécessiter des déplacements au niveau national et international- Vos focntions principales seront :En phase de prospection:

- Evaluer la faisabilité du raccordement des projets
Proposer des solutions optimisées sur les plans techniques, économiques et délais
Estimer les coûts et les délais du raccordement des projets
Réaliser l’Ingénierie conceptuelle du raccordement

En phase de développement:

- Assurer la relation avec les gestionnaires de réseau (ENEDIS, RTE, ELD)
Lancer et suivre les PRAC, études exploratoires, PTF, CR
S’assurer que les solutions de raccordement retenues soient optimisées sur les plans techniques, économiques et délais
Réaliser l’Ingénierie de base du raccordement

En phase de pré-construction:

- Définir les caractéristiques des PDL pour les projets raccordés au réseau de distribution (unifilaire, protections, filtre harmonique, etc.). Rédiger les cahiers des charges et échanger avec les intégrateurs de postes HTA.
En lien avec les équipes SCADA internationales, définir le système SCADA du projet pour intégration dans le système de supervision d’Iberdrola
Définir les caractéristiques des sous-stations privées pour les projets raccordés au réseau de transport. Rédiger les cahiers des charges et échanger avec les constructeurs de sous-stations (modèle EPC).
En lien avec les équipes d’Ingénierie Photovoltaïque et d’Ingénierie Eolienne basées en France, dimensionner le réseau électrique interne HTA et vérifier le respect des conditions de raccordement
Réaliser l’Ingénierie de détail du raccordement
Assurer le support technique à la consultation et à la contractualisation avec les EPC

En phase construction et mise en service:

- Assurer le suivi des travaux de raccordement des gestionnaires de réseau
Suivre les travaux de l’EPC sur les sujets liés au PDL, au SCADA, à la sous-station HTA/HTB et au réseau électrique interne HTA. Participation aux FAT et aux SAT.
Organiser les essais de réception avec les gestionnaires de réseau et l’EPC
Participer à la préparation de la documentation du projet pour passation à l’équipe Exploitation et Maintenance d’Iberdrola.
