We are looking for a **SURF Procurement Coordination **for one of our clients with the following details:
**Start date: 01/04/2024**
**Service Location: Paris / Ile de France area**
**Duration: 1 year**
**Residential: Yes**
**Number Of Days Of Service Per Week : 5**
Technical Requirements
- Advanced expertise in Oil & Gas Industry with large scale projects & complex environment,
- Expertise in procurement, logistics and supply chain,
- English is the main language of the service,
- Part of the service will require worldwide mobility.
Tasks to be performed.
HSE:
Implementation of HSE requirements related to the service.
Procurement:
- Issuance of any procedures and execution plans within area of responsibility,
- Overall coordination of procurement, incl volatile items,
- Follow-up of Long Lead Items (LLI) from PO placement to delivery,
- Review and approval of documents issued by Contractors and Vendors,
- Monitoring Contractor's Procurement performance - procurement, expediting, inspection and logistics during the execution of the project for quality and timely delivery,
- Vendors evaluation and selection,
- Spare Parts management and procurement
- Review Contractors and Vendors' mobilization for all phases of the project,
- Close out report and lessons learnt.
Coordination and reporting:
- Monitoring of Procurement resources on the Project
- Ensure Procurement progress reporting and risk reporting.
