En France, Keolis est le n°2 du stationnement grâce à sa filiale EFFIA et le n°1 du transport sanitaire depuis la création de Keolis Santé en juillet 2017.
Détenu à 70% par SNCF et à 30% par la Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec (CDPQ), le Groupe compte 68 500 collaborateurs répartis dans 16 pays et a réalisé, en 2020, un chiffre d’affaires de 6,1 milliards d’euros. En 2019, 3,4 milliards de voyageurs ont utilisé un service de mobilité partagée proposé par Keolis.

**Missions**
The Train Center of Excellence Director belongs to the division of Center of Excellences, included in the Industrial Executive Directorate.
He/She manages a team of 5+ engineers, with a permanent focus on bringing added value to operations through execution of CoE main missions:
- Based on his/her knowledge of the market and the feedbacks/expectations from Sponsors, propose a strategic vision for the business development based on Trains and Railways, to be discussed with Business Units and Strategy
- Act as a Business Partner to business units:
- Bid management : contribute to prebid strategy and discussions with partners, deliver costing and technical analysis, coordinate Industrial Division contributions and tender review
- support mobilizations, integrations, and turnaround operations
- supports subsidiaries on technical issues
- Collect return on experience from Train/rail based projects, connects with the train/rail subsidiaries and manage expert communities across the group
- Develop engineering methods, tools and skills, with a focus on system engineering (operation requirements, design reviews, interfaces, testing and commissionning), rolling stock and infrastructure maintenance engineering (design, costing, maintenance plan,)
**Profil**
Background : Engineer
English : bilingual or totally fluent
Maintenance/Production on site experience
Confirmed team manager (direct and by influence)
Project portfolio management - ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Agility and Resilience
Experience of tender management
Public transport knowledge
