THE ROLE
Within the Lines and in collaboration with the Tender Desk Manager, you will support the Tender Desk Officers team, coordinating the trade negotiations of Key Accounts tenders and will ensure their operational follow-up.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the interface between Key Accounts, the Lines and GBS (Global Business Support) Shared Service Center for pricing negotiations, through continual coordination and control, you will ensure the elaboration of the CMA CGM biddings on tenders.
Furthermore, you will respond to Key Accounts calls for tenders within the deadline and will coordinate about the negotiated rates with the Lines.
Key contact for the agents or GBS/SSC and the customers for a part of the commercial and operational follow-up, you will be the main information source concerning the negotiated trade conditions.
In charge of Tender Desk customer segment identification, duty includes active participation to construct, maintain and develop reporting tools.
PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Postgraduate degree (4/5 years) in Business or Transport/Logistics.
You are fluent in English with a good command and an appetite for advanced Office Tools use and developments.
You are organized, have good interpersonal skills and like to work in teams, which will allow you to succeed in this position.
