MISSION
Reporting to the Strategic Accounts Department and the Detention & Demurrage (D&D) activity at head office, you will work on defining and developing tender contracts for our major strategic accounts, across all sectors, at group level.
**As Tender Officer, you will be responsible for**:
analysing the BAF & EU ETS review clauses in invitations to tender, providing guidelines to the parties involved for the quotation and ensuring the review of the conditions during the course of the contract.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for defining the D&D aspects of Global Accounts tenders: to do this, you will analyse customers' expectations in terms of D&D, storage and monitoring, as well as volumes and the regulatory framework, country by country,
You will coordinate and ensure the validation of these proposals by the head of department and/or the KAM responsible for the customer, and liaise with the Tenders team responsible for submitting responses to invitations to tender;
You will ensure that the data is properly integrated into the relevant IT systems to guarantee invoicing, in liaison with the integration team (LDAT) based in India;
You will liaise between local agencies and the Lines department as required, particularly regarding changes to SPOT conditions;
You will monitor customer performance (key figures, origin, destinations, DDSM specific to each customer) in order to check the information coming from the agencies and capitalise on the information for future invitations to tender.
You will be responsible for negotiating the BAF & EU ETS clauses in long-term contracts and minimising the financial risk of these clauses for the Group.
You will be responsible for liaising between the tender teams in India and the Lines department, for guidelines concerning the agreements obtained and the guidelines.
You will ensure that contracts are properly updated in line with the agreements in force, in liaison with the integration team (LDAT) based in India.
PROFILE AND SKILLS
Higher education (Master1/Master2) in Logistics Commerce or Transport
You speak and write fluent English
You have a good command of IT and office tools such as the Office suite, particularly Excel
