**You’ll get the opportunity to**
- Support People business partners in all HR related processes (onboarding, promotions, internal mobility, training, etc).
- Participate to HR projects (school relations, brand image, DE&I, talent projects, engagement survey, etc).
- Support on labor law topics : prepare workers’ councils meetings, health & safety committee meetings, collective agreements’ negotiation. Support in staff representatives elections preparation. Prepare labor law updates based on legal changes.
**Key skills**
- Preparing a master’s degree in HR or labor law
- 1st training or apprenticeship in human resources
- Organization, rigor, good verbal and written communication, curiosity,, flexibility
- Ability to interact in English in written or orally
- Pack office master
