**Job description**:
**What will you be responsible for?**:
**HR social & legal**:

- Together with the Head of HR Operations, lead the social & legal content shared at HR, Managers and employees' levels;
- Own the legal monitoring per country to ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations and recommend enhancements;
- Review all HR documents and create references and models that take account of business needs and local social imperatives and guarantee updated content throughout the year for our templates such as employment contract, amendments, termination;
- Ensure implementation of all company legal HR policies, procedures, programs comply with relevant legislation and best human resources practices;
- Act as the main point of contact for legal & labour relations' aspects within the HR team;
- Support and advice the HR team in their disciplinary or legal issues;
- Analyse and improve current legal HR processes and knowledge databases at country/group's level.

**French Work Council / CSE**:

- Organise, prepare and/or collect relevant documentations for monthly meetings with the French Work Council;
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements;
- Second our CHRO to handle collaboration with the French Work Council.

**HR Operations & Services**:

- Manage HR legal questions received in the team HR mail box;
- Take care of updating any legal HR content;
- Together with the HR Operations team contribute to the daily tasks of the team.

**HR Projects**:

- Drive or contribute to HR or group projects planned during the year;
- Partner cross-functionally with the HR team and globally across day-to-day work and projects;
- Contribute and work in pair with your Head of for the opening of office(s).

**What do we expect from you?**:

- 4+ years' experience in HR general management or HR legal (any experience in a fast paced & international environment would be an asset);
- Fluency in French and English (written and verbal communication) is mandatory;
- Diploma or certificate in Labor law would be an asset;
- Previous experience with French Work Council;
- Solid analytical skills, advanced use of the Microsoft office suit, google drive and Notion;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders across all levels and manage multiple and confidential priorities;
- Entrepreneurial mindset and execution focused with an eye for details;
- Autonomous and curious, you are able to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment;
- Excellent team player, your interpersonal and communication skills enable you to be a force of proposal and interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
