Pour accompagner la croissance de DigitRE Group et de ses marques sur un marché immobilier très dynamique, nous recherchons notre futur que Growth Marketing manager.

Véritable chef d’orchestre dédié à la croissance et à la captation de contacts entrants, vous aurez l’occasion de contribuer à la performance des marques du groupe par votre vision business et en collaborant étroitement avec nos équipes développeurs produits, UX, data, acquisition, marketing.

**Vos missions**:
**Missions principales**
- Construire et piloter nos modèles digitaux de captation de contacts à destination de nos commerciaux
- Optimiser nos interfaces web de collectes de leads (sites d’estimations en ligne, formulaires de contacts)
- Assurer le suivi et affiner les stratégies de contact (nurturing)
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes acquisition pour l’atteinte des objectifs
- Coordonner les équipes produits et marketing pour maximiser la croissance de l’entreprise
- S’assurer de la pertinence de la donnée récoltée par nos outils de tracking
- Créer des dashboards fiables pour nos équipes marketing et terrain ainsi que pour la direction
- Développer de nouveaux écosystèmes de leads digitaux (partenariats, affiliation )

**Profil et compétences recherchés**:

- **Profil recherché**
- Ecole de commerce ou d’ingénieur
- Expérience réussie de 5 ans minimum en ecommerce, lead management
- Connaissance d’environnements PRM / CRM
- Forte culture analytique pour mesurer les résultats des implémentations
- A l’aise avec l’acquisition marketing digitale (paid acquisition, SEO, conversion)
- Bonne connaissances avec des outils de tracking et de kpi (powerBI)

**Conditions**:

- CDI, à pourvoir dès que possible
- Cadre au forfait jour (avec RTT)
- Rémunération variable selon profil, entre 45K et 55K € annuel brut
