Alcea was integrated into ASSA ABLOY's critical infrastructure sector a year ago. We are now looking for an Alwin product manager with experience of our solution.

Principle

**Responsibilities**:
Monitoring and developing the product offering:

- Monitor the competition for your product or service universe.
- Carry out regular reviews of existing products and services.
- Coordinate and/or carry out market studies (product/price/target).
- Analyze market trends in order to propose adaptations or new products.
- Gather expressions of need from the sales department or customers to guide management's go-no go of management.

Action plan management:

- Manage the technical implementation of the offer.
- Cross-functional coordination of the various departments involved in the design process.
- Contribute to the definition of the pricing policy.
- Implement the marketing action plan.

Operational implementation:

- Represent the marketing department at working meetings, internal project committees and with partners.
- Write product sales pitches for internal departments (ccx, projects, experts...), participate in the development of product sheets and sales support tools.
- Ensure that the product range is updated in showrooms.
- Organize the technical presentation of products at trade shows.
- Prepare, manage and monitor POCs.
- Assist with responses to calls for tender.
- Share knowledge with the "Expert" unit.

Follow-up of actions taken:

- Define monitoring and reporting tools for product marketing activities.
- Draw up roadmaps, dashboards and activity reports.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required
- Minimum 3 years' higher education, or a marketing or engineering degree
- Desired experience: +3 years' experience in our solution's products
- Mastery of presentation techniques and public speaking
- Rigorous, analytical, autonomous
- Good understanding of marketing issues
- Good knowledge of ERP
