**RESPONSABILITÉS, AUTORITÉS ET REDEVABILITÉS**

**Pendant la phase d'appel d'offres**

Assister le département commercial dans les appels d'offres pour les projets selon les besoins et fournir des connaissances techniques et une expertise. Assister l'équipe contractuelle dans la négociation des accords d'affrètement avec les clients en veillant à la conformité avec les politiques de notre client et les spécifications des navires.

**Gestion des contrats**

Agir en tant que point de contact principal pour les clients pour les contrats d'affrètement de navires et représenter les activités de notre client lors des réunions des clients. Veiller à ce que la livraison et la mobilisation des navires soient effectuées à la satisfaction du client afin de sécuriser des affaires futures. Veiller à ce que le développement des systèmes de gestion HSE soit mis en œuvre et régulièrement examiné tout au long de la durée du contrat. Démontrer un engagement fort et visible envers les valeurs HSE de notre client. Surveiller la soumission de toutes les livrables du contrat et réagir pour garantir que le progrès du projet est maintenu conformément au calendrier (suivre les KPI). Contrôler et gérer tous les sous-traitants et fournisseurs (y compris le gestionnaire de navire et ROV).

**Interaction avec le client**

Gérer rapidement les demandes, préoccupations et problèmes des clients, assurant leur satisfaction, développer et maintenir de solides relations avec les clients, comprendre leurs besoins et fournir des solutions efficaces. Préparer des rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels sur le projet pour la direction et le client (selon les besoins du contrat). Visiter le bureau du client et les fonctions de support locales.

**Coordination des navires/ROV**

Gérer la transition et les phases de démarrage du contrat et être présent lors de la mobilisation des navires/ROV. Superviser le gestionnaire de navire et/ou les accords de service ROV du client. Surveiller les performances des navires et résoudre tout problème opérationnel en coordination avec les équipes techniques et opérationnelles. Avec l'équipe HSE, veiller à ce que des sessions d'apprentissage des leçons soient organisées et que les résultats soient rapportés selon le processus Lessons Learnt. Veiller à ce que les procédures de gestion du changement soient suivies et endosser la responsabilité de la gestion des risques du projet.

**Gestion financière**
- Responsable du compte de résultat du projet, veiller à la rentabilité du projet et de l'actif, préparer et approuver les états financiers mensuels de la performance du projet. Surveiller les contraintes budgétaires avec l'aide de l'équipe financière et travailler vers des solutions rentables. Interface avec divers acteurs tels que les navires, les clients, le coordinateur ROV, le gestionnaire de contrats, le gestionnaire des opérations, les chefs de projet, le département d'ingénierie, le département d'appels d'offres et commercial, le département financier.

Profil recherché

EXPÉRIENCE/PROFIL
- Formation en ingénierie/spécialisation marine
- Diplôme de master ou équivalent
- minimum 5 ans d'expérience en tant que gestionnaire de contrats/spécialiste des opérations/gestion de projet
- Connaissance des règles, réglementations, meilleures pratiques et normes de performance du monde maritime
- Esprit d'équipe, adaptabilité, humilité
- Mentalité pratique - Maîtrise de l'anglais
- L'expérience dans les opérations offshore est un plus
