Valeo est le leader mondial de l’éclairage automobile. Des dernières innovations d’éclairage intérieur et extérieur, aux technologies d’essuyage de pointe, la Division Valeo Light du Groupe propose des systèmes de visibilité innovants au style marqué, améliorant la sécurité et le confort de conduite.
Le Site de Valeo basé à Bobigny (93) est le siège de la Division Valeo Light. Ce centre de Recherche & Développement regroupe 520 collaborateurs autour de la conception de systèmes d’éclairage (projecteurs, feux arrières, éclairage intérieur, etc).
Nous recrutons un(e) R&D Product Technical Leader
**Responsable des livrables**:
- Appliquer le PDP ( (Plan Directeur de Production)
- Applique les règles de normalisation
- Revues de conception nécessaires
- Représenter la fonction R&D chez le client
- Signaler et remonter à son chef de projet ou responsable R&D selon les besoins
**Responsable du planning détaillé et du budget**
- Contribuer à l'identification des besoins en termes de ressources, d'équipements, d'investissements
- Établir une répartition détaillée des activités pour atteindre les jalons
- Suivre les activités et les dépenses de son périmètre pour respecter son budget autorisé
**Gestion des contributeurs**
- Gestion quotidienne de tous les contributeurs R&D, dédiés ou non
- Attribuez-leur les lots de travaux nécessaires
- Revue régulière avec son responsable R&D ou Chef de Produit et les Responsables de Département Métier pour vérifier l'adéquation entre les besoins et les disponibilités
**À propos de vous**:
- Expérience d'au moins 7 ans sur un poste similaire
