New Flag est créateur et distributeur de marques innovantes de beauté, référencées comme best-sellers dans leur catégorie dans plus de 80 pays, depuis 2010. Nos bureaux sont à Paris 8eme, et notre siège à Munich. L'entreprise compte 300 personnes au global Europe. Nous distribuons en France sur différents circuits : le sélectif (Sephora, Nocibé, Marionnaud...), la grande distribution (Monoprix), la pharmacie/ parapharmacie, les professionnels (salons de coiffure). Nos marques : Olaplex, Tangle Teezer®, invisibobble®, Foamie®, Urban Alchemy®, COLOR WOW®, O&M®, Natucain®, evo®.

VOTRE MISSION
- Rattaché(e) à la directrice commerciale RETAIL, vous gérez et développez des comptes sur les réseaux de distributions sélectives, grands magasins, e-commerce & pharmacies/parapharmacies principalement.
- Vous élaborez en étroite collaboration avec le directeur commercial votre plan d’action:

- Plan de prospection : liste de clients, techniques d’approches, objectifs par mois
- Objectifs de performances sur les comptes existants : développement CA, optimisation assortiment, amélioration des conditions commerciales etc
- Vous négociez les accords commerciaux et les contreparties (nouveau référencement, plan d’assortiment, plan merchandising, plan d’action promotionnel, conditions commerciales ) avec les nouveaux clients acquis et avec les clients existant.
- Vous vous assurez du respect des contrats, suivez et développez le plan d’affaire et la relation commerciale avec chacun de vos clients tout au long de l’année.
- Vous participez activement à la construction de la politique commerciale et à l'acquisition de nouveaux clients afin de permettre d’atteindre des objectifs nationaux de volume, de présence, de rentabilité, de CA
- Vous êtes garant du P&L de vos clients et vous réalisez vos prévisions de ventes sur chacun de vos clients.
- Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le service marketing, l'Administration des Ventes, la Finance & la Logistique.

CE QUE VOUS NOUS APPORTEZ
- De formation Bac+4/5 type Ecole de Commerce, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative en business développement et négociation commerciale, idéalement acquise dans un univers de distribution sélective ou GMS.
- Abordant les dossiers de manière proactive et autonome, vous avez un esprit concret tourné vers l’action et les résultats. Vous faites preuve d’un très bon sens de l’analyse et êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres.
- Tenace, agile, vous êtes doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel et d’une forte capacité de conviction et de négociation. Vous avez à cœur de contribuer au développement de l’entreprise et êtes animé(e) par la réussite collective.
- Votre engagement, votre adaptabilité et votre enthousiasme vous permettront de vous épanouir pleinement au sein d’un poste évolutif.
- Vous maîtrisez l’anglais et les outils bureautiques (Excel, PP).
