**Your job mission at Kameleoon**:
To support the growth of our brand, we are opening a new position for a Brand Designer in our Corporate Marketing team.

You'll be in charge of our brand's image, within the corporate design team to ensure every touchpoint with our customers is impactful and reflective of our core values. Your job will be to keep our brand identity fresh and effective, guiding design choices for campaigns and day-to-day brand decisions.

By joining Kameleoon, you will:

- Contribute to the development of the brand vision and make autonomous decisions from ideation to execution
- Innovate and explore creative strategies to elevate and reinforce our brand identity on a global scale.
- Develop creative concepts and impactful motion videos and visuals for all our touch points across all our international markets.
- Drive design excellence and process improvement across the organization, collaborating with peers and stakeholders to achieve positive brand impact.
- Convey complex ideas effectively, simplify information, and actively share knowledge through strong communication skills.
- Collaborate with Product Designers to ensure visual consistency from the product to communication
- Work closely with the corporate teams as well as development agencies (Growth & Acquisition, Product Marketing, HR, etc.)
- Acts as a brand ambassador to strengthen brand presence and engagement

**Profile**:
We are looking for a Figma Lover with the following qualifications:

- Over 4 years of experience in brand design with a strong emphasis on a multidisciplinary approach including print and UI/UX design. Motion design is a plus.
- Shipped high-quality designs that enhance overall brand experience.
- A strong interest in B2B/B2C technology products and branding.
- Passionate about design and digital trends, continually seeking creative inspiration.
- Communication and presentation skills, able to communicate effectively and defend your decisions
- Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
