Dans le cadre du développement de l'équipe LiveOps, nous recherchons notre Technical Writer qui dirigera la gestion de la connaissance de nos produits dans le but d'améliorer l'expérience et la satisfaction de notre communauté de joueurs.
Le poste que nous souhaiterions te confier:
Rattaché(e) au responsable Support Client, au sein du pôle LiveOps, les objectifs du Technical Writer sont:
- Devenir un expert des produits et services des jeux et accessoires Nacon en acquérant une compréhension approfondie que tu pourras traduire en contenu exploitable par les joueurs.
- Créer une documentation adaptée qui aidera notre équipe de service client à offrir une expérience de joueur exceptionnelle.
- Maintenir une base de connaissances interne et externe à jour en fonction des évolutions de nos produits.
Faire évoluer le contenu actuel et développer des méthodes d'amélioration continue innovantes.
Les missions du poste seront variées et pourront évoluer avec le temps:
- Recueillir les informations pertinentes auprès des équipes impliquées dans la conception des produits pour fournir une documentation exhaustive à notre base communautaire.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes QA et de production pour fournir une documentation sur les problèmes connus et leur résolution (planning, mise à jour du jeu, solution de contournement).
- Développer la FAQ des jeux sur la base des retours réguliers des équipes Marketing et de Community Management (présentation du jeu, exigences techniques, réglementation).
- Examiner le contenu actuel de la base de connaissances sur les jeux et accessoires Nacon afin d'identifier les domaines à améliorer.
- Créer des modèles de gestion de connaissance pour le service client basés sur les processus et procédures actuels afin d'améliorer l'efficacité du support.
- Effectuer des recherches sur les meilleures pratiques de rédaction technique basées sur les outils d'IA.
- Assignation possible sur d'autres projets du service client en fonction des besoins internes.
Le profil que nous recherchons:
- Expérience antérieure réussie en tant que rédacteur(rice) technique dans l'industrie du jeu ou du développement de logiciels.
- Bonne compréhension des standards d'un service client (BtoC) et du fonctionnement d'un support technique.
- Capacité à comprendre rapidement le fonctionnement de la conception des jeux (fonctionnalités, interface utilisateur, gameplay).
- Excellentes compétences en rédaction et en présentation.
- Bonne capacité d'organisation afin de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
- Anglais courant.
Passionné(e) de jeux vidéo et d'expérience joueur.
Plus:
- Expérience précédente en gestion de projet.
- Expérience précédente en service client (vente, tech, logiciels, jeux).
- Maîtrise de l'allemand, de l'italien ou de l'espagnol.
- Expérience avec l'outil Zendesk.
- Expérience avec les outils Atlassian (Jira / Confluence).
