Hey, we are looking for a motivated **Customer Support Specialist** to join our team.

Develop yourself with the sales department together with **EMRG**.

Currently, we are looking to extend our Sales Team with a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist/Administrative assistant to ensure timely communication with our current and potential clients.

**Qualifications**
- Advanced spoken and written English
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of the high-end style of communication
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines
- Special attention for details - visual, grammar
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent Google skills (you can find an answer instead of asking a hundred obvious questions)
- Ability to comply with repetitive tasks

**It will be a plus**
- Experience in sales, customer support, or sales administration
- Ability to strictly follow the rules and process guidances
- Interest in finance and investments

**Responsibilities**

We are looking for a person who will be the right hand of our Head of Sales Administration. We have different tasks and processes to support and here are some of them:

- Working with CRM
- Onboarding new salespeople
- Preparing lists for calling
- Approving people at the website

**What we offer**

- Flexible schedule (at least 30-40 hr/week)
- Competitive compensation $5-$10/hr (depends on the results of the interview and the test task)
