Nous recherchons pour notre client, cabinet leader en analyse quantitative de léconomie mondiale, un Account Manager.

Rattaché au bureau de Paris, vous contribuez au développement commercial et stratégique des services du groupe, principalement pour la zone France, Belgique, Portugal et Espagne.

En liaison quotidienne avec les bureaux internationaux du groupe, vous prenez en charge les missions suivantes:

- Lintégration des nouveaux utilisateurs clients sur SalesForce,
- La configuration des comptes individuels et la formation aux services,
- Lélargissement des bases dutilisateurs,
- La gestion des profils des clients,
- La vente complémentaire des services d’abonnements auprès des clients existants,
- L’enregistrement des interactions avec les clients (ventes, augmentations, annulations questions),
- La collaboration avec les équipes pour identifier le potentiel daugmentation des ventes et les risques dannulation, et aider à créer une stratégie pour gérer les renouvellements,
- La valorisation de loffre pour les clients concernant lévolution des produits et des événements et séminaires en ligne à venir,
- La relance pour les retards de paiement,
- Lidentification proactive des utilisateurs et comptes à risque.

Marketing & Communication
- La coordination avec les différents services,Le travail avec léquipe pour produire des mailings réguliers axés sur le contenu,
- La participation aux webinaires, séminaires et événements liés au marché et aux clients,
- La collaboration avec le service marketing pour organiser des événements et des webinaires pour les clients.

**Profil**:
Issu dune formation supérieure (Bac +2 minimum), vous disposez de 3 ans d’expérience comme Chargé de Relation Client, Assistant commercial, Customer Relationship Executive, Account Manager. Rigoureux et autonome, vous avez un réel sens du relationnel et maîtrisez idéalement les outils CRM (notamment Salesforce). À lécoute, vous appréciez le travail en équipe et faites preuve dune aisance orale comme écrite. Enfin, vous parlez couramment anglais professionnel.
